If you do not already have a copy of WS FTP you may like to download it here. It's a free software and you may use it freely. WS FTP Lite is a widely used FTP client.

Step 1: Click on File > New Site

Step 2: Create a Site name / Host Name or IP Address

Note: your Host Name will be ftp.yourdomain.com. Example if you register abc.com.sg, your Host name will be FTP.ABC.COM.SG

Step 3: Enter your Userid and Password and you are ready to access your FTP server.

Note: your USERID and PASSWORD will be issued to you if you sign up for a web hosting account.
